香港理工大学检测报告及简要说明

根据香港理工大学2005年6月13日提供的检测结果，门德公司量子光触媒产品在防晒性能测试过程（如3.1UPF value and rating表中所示）中，未经处理的样本防晒指数为6，几乎没有任何防晒能力；经过门德公司的产品MTQP处理后，平均防晒指数达到了179，远远超过了优秀防晒指标（达到30为合格，超过50即可认为具有优秀的防晒能力）；而在对有机物颜料的降解能力测试（如表一中所示，Table1.Absorbance of all samples with time）中看出， 0.5%的量子光触媒处理的布料在紫外线的照射下，对有机颜料的分解效率最高（0.051），较同类产品的效率高一个数量级；在3.3 XRD图中，通过X射线衍射图谱可以看出，MTQP的TiO2的例子晶型为锐钛矿型，粒子平均粒径为2纳米；由3.4扫描电镜图片可以看出，TiO2粒子大小均一，成膜效果较好。

     Dye solution: 0.02% Neolan Blue 2G

     Liquor ratio: 5g:75ml

     UV light intensity : 1.2-1.3 mW/cm2
